We offer an interesting choice of apartments and chalets for sale, either on plans, new or in resale. Our sales department is at your disposal for any information concerning the particular real estate market of Verbier. We also provide you free estimations of your apartment or chalet and we advise you on the various possibilities to sell it as well as on the procedure of sale to foreign people, the capital gains tax, our sale commission, etc…
We have a wide choice of weekly holiday rentals, ranging from small studio to large chalet for 12 people but also from simple comfort (2 **) to luxurious (5 *****). We also offer seasonal rentals and yearly rentals. You can comfortably view our database with photos, virtual tours, descriptions and availabilities.
Our administrative department deals with all co-ownership procedures. We organize annual meetings and we implement decisions of the Assembly. We ensure the maintenance of the building, the follow-up of important works as well as the management of the cash and payment of invoices. In addition to the presentation of annual accounts and budget, we allocate common costs and expenses among co-owners, we collect their contributions and manage the community’s heritage, in particular the renovation fund. We spontaneously take all urgent measures required to prevent or repair damage.
Management and supervision
We propose a service of supervision and management of apartments and chalets in the resort of Verbier. We supervise and visit apartments or chalets at the request of the owner. We turn on/off the heating installation, we advise maintenance and minor renovation. We offer advice in case of dispute towards third parties, we represent at the annual meeting on request (assembly of co-owners), we organize cleaning at the request of the owner. Those are our included services for management too: Registered address of the owner through Agence Eugster; Mail reception / Hold mail; Reception, verification and payment of invoices; Opening private account and funds management; Establishment of the annual account with supporting documents; Archiving document not handed to the owner; Safe-keeping set of keys at the office for preferential suppliers.
